Guidelines for Patients and Attendants

General Instructions

1. Patients with health insurance should contact the Insurance Department within 24 hours of admission.
2. Consumption of alcohol, drugs, and smoking is strictly prohibited.
3. Please do not bring valuable items such as jewellery or large amounts of money. The hospital will not be liable for any loss.
4. Photography without permission is not allowed inside the hospital premises.
5. Do not flush materials such as cotton, bandages, or sanitary napkins down the toilet.
6. It is mandatory for a bystander to be present with the patient from admission until discharge.

Discharge

1. The discharge process may require a minimum of 6 hours. This ensures that all aspects of treatment are completed.
2. Your feedback is extremely valuable in helping us improve our services. Kindly take a few moments to rate our services and share your feedback in the suggestion box or hand it over to the nursing station.
3. We request you to handle the facilities provided with care. These are designed and maintained for the benefit of all patients. Any damage or missing items will be charged at the time of discharge.

1. Visiting hours as determined by the management must be strictly followed.
2. Visitors are requested to abide by the rules and regulations and cooperate with the hospital staff.

• 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM
• 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM
